Condolence & Memory Journal

Elmer was my first friend in New hampshire when i moved next door in 1991. He and Cris hersom came over about 2 weeks later and we build a basketball court in my garage! he was very skilled as a builder.
More importantly, he started me in Real Estate when we became partners in PD Associates soon after. We worked on many projects together including the development of Wellington Business Park in Auburn and Granite Meadows in Raymond ( exit 4) . He was a good teacher and I wouldnt have my knowledge or success without his generosity of spirit. In his final days, we continued to make new plans. I also got several cribbage "lessons" then! 28 of some off our best years. I also have a deep love and respect for Denise who faithfully and lovingly attended to his care for so many years of his fight with cancer. So Brave.
Also to his Mom Shirley who served at his side his entire life, even in the office as well as the home.
Bless you both.

Elmer was my sister's Soul-Mate. He was intelligent, successful, quite the chef and a spiritual human being. He had a journey fulfilled with love, adventure and a lot of courage. Memories of Christmas past will never be forgotten and he will remain in our hearts forever. As Time, here on earth, is God's gift, may his Soul Rest-In-Peace with God in Heaven. The Pease's have been blessed with an amazing husband, son and brother...it is now time to be strong and be at Peace, just what Elmer would've wanted. Love you so much!!

I didn't know Elmer a long time, but what little I knew of him I know he was a kind, generous, and optimistic man with a big heart.
He will be missed.
My condolences to Denise and the family.

Elmer was part of my 1972 class,
Noble High School. I remember him as being an outstanding athlete - always friendly and congenial. The last time I saw him was at our 45th reunion in 2017. It was so good to see him looking well.
He will be sorely missed at our next reunion. Sending sincere condolences to his wife, mother, brothers, friends, and family.
