Condolence & Memory Journal

Dear VanDenBerghe Family:

I am very sorry for your loss. Fred was a key mentor to me at Employment Security. He gave me many words of support and encouragement as well as well meaning constructive criticism along the way. He had high standards for himself and the department which I greatly admired. Getting praise from Fred meant a lot because he didn't offer it unless you earned it. He's a Hall of Famer at Employment Security in my book. Rest in peace Fred.
