Tribute & Message From The Family

Bonita L. "Bonnie" (Kalinowski) Rancourt, 76, of Manchester, died December 16, 2020 at Elliot Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born in New Rochelle, NY on April 29, 1944 to Zygmunt and Leona (Lally) Kalinowski.

Bonnie's life was being a caregiver. She worked as a licensed nurse's aide with Northeast Rehabilitation in Salem, NH and obtained her massage therapy license starting her own business, Healthy Touch. Over the past 21 years she has been caring for disabled individuals in her home. She made these career choices so that she could also take care of and do everything for her daughters and grandchildren, who were the highlight of her days.

She took great joy in spending time with her family, daughters, and especially her grandchildren. So many wonderful memories were made on family vacations, holidays, birthdays, and every day. Her family had the precious opportunity to spend so much time with her. She was the epitome of generosity, kindness, and love. Her family will dearly miss their daily talks, her advice, her support, and her strength. She was truly the heart and soul of the family.

She was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Felix Rancourt in 1998.

The family includes her two daughters, Leeann Wirth of Manchester and Stefanie Swalgen of Derry; and her six grandchildren, Joshua Cunningham and his wife, Erica, Jamie Swalgen and his wife, Colleen, Brittnee Wirth, Brandon Wirth, Justin Swalgen and Jacob Swalgen.

SERVICES: A private cemetery committal service at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bedford will take place at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of NH, 166 S. River Rd., Suite 210, Bedford, NH 03110.
