Condolence & Memory Journal

Many of my memories are memories my mother, Evelyn McAuliffe and aunt, Claire McAuliffe shared with all us kids. Even though there were many miles separating us from those relatives on the East coast, like Leo Waible, there was a connection - a true sense of family - a fondness that grew due to the stories that were shared with those of us belonging to the younger generations thanks to our mothers and Nanas that kept individuals like Leo alive. I believe he and so many others near him will always be carried in our hearts.

You were exceptional, dear Leo!
Your beautiful smile, so like your fatherĀ“s, will always live on in my heart and memory. I am blessed to have called you my cousin, and I will never forget you or your wonderful parents. May you rest now in eternal peace.
