Obituary

Deborah L. Molano, 64, of Wolfeboro, formerly of Bedford, NH and Cambridge, MN died November 19, 2017, at her residence, after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Baltimore, MD on July 2, 1953, she was the daughter of Kathryn Noyes and Richard Norton. She was a graduate of Gaithersburg High School and earned her nursing degree from Essex Community College. She earned a bachelor's degree from Notre Dame College and a Master's Degree and Advanced Practice (Nurse Practitioner) certification from St Catherine's University.
Debby was a nurse in Baltimore for many years. She married her loving husband, Tom in 1985 and they started a family. She worked as a Registered Nurse and then Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse before retiring in 2013.

Debby was a remarkable woman who lived her life with verve and fearlessness. She gathered friends wherever she went, threw herself into volunteer activities in all the places she lived and left them all a better place. She lived with a cancer for which she knew there was no cure, for nearly 4 years, and never let it define her.

She loved nothing better than to be surrounded by family and friends. Debby was always up for any adventure, with a smile on her face and an infectious enthusiasm.

Her hobbies included travel, hiking, kayaking, reading (she joined or formed reading groups too numerous to count) and lovingly micromanaging her husband and children.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Center for Sarcoma and Bone Oncology and at VNA and Hospice of Central NH for their compassionate care during Debby's illness.

Family includes her husband of 32 years, Thomas Molano of Wolfeboro; her mother, Kathryn Noyes of Bradenton, FL; her father, Richard Norton of Payson, AZ; her daughter, Elizabeth Molano and husband Michael Campanella of Newton, MA; her son, William Molano of Brighton, MA; her sister, Donna Sullivan and husband Charles of Arlington, VA; and her brother, William Norton and wife Natasha Salagor of Big Fork, MT. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
A Funeral Service was held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Bedford Presbyterian Church, 4 Church Rd., Bedford. Burial followed in Bedford Center Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Debby's name to: Pastor's Discretionary Fund at Bedford Presbyterian Church, 4 Church Rd., Bedford, NH 03110.
